HOURS:                                         Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

                                        Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm

TERMS OF PAYMENT:             C.O.D. or net 10th prox with approved credit.

      We also accept Visa and Mastercard.

PRICING:                                        Prices are subject to change without notice.

      Ask for a quote to reflect accurate prices.

DELIVERIES:                              Free deliveries within a 10 mile radius with a $400.00 minimum order.

      Deliveries of lesser amounts and/or outside the city limits are available for a delivery charge.

      Ask your salesperson for more details regarding deliveries.

SHIPPING:                                   All orders are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse in Tucson, AZ. No minimum order.

      Overages, shortages, or mis-shipments must be reported in three days of receipt of shipment.

      Claims for damage   should be reported to carrier.

RETURNED GOODS:                We will gladly accept returns authorized by representative of Santa Rita Steel & Hardware Co.

      All returns must be accompanied by an invoice number and date. A 20% restocking fee may be

      charged. Credit for returned goods will be issued at the time of merchandise is received back in

      our warehouse.

BACK ORDERS:                          If any item is out of stock at the time your order is shipped, it will automatically be back ordered

     and will be shipped when available. If you do not want back orders, then cancel same

     immediately.

RETURNED CHECKS:            There will be a $25.00 charge for ALL returned checks, regardless of reason.

SPECIAL NOTE:                        Height and width measurements listed for decorative pickets, aluminum castings, etc. are

    approximations. Because we deal with a number of different foundries, actual size may differ

    slightly.

DAMAGES:                                    We are not responsible for any damages made on the property. By purchasing with us, you agree to be responsible for
